Brewing Grade Malt Extract - Unhopped Lager - Finished Product Specification

Description

Unhopped Lager malt extract is made from malted barley and is a brown viscous liquid with a characteristic malt flavour. The extraction process inactivates the diastatic power.

Application

Unhopped Lager Brewing Grade Malt Extract can be used as a brewing adjunct.
Malt extract is often used as a flavouring and colouring additive in the production of malt drinks, malted chocolate drinks, biscuits, breakfast cereals, malt bread, beers, baby foods, confectionery and candy manufacture. Brewing grade malt extract can be used for these purposes as well as a brewing adjunct or wherever malt flavour is required. Malt extract has high nutritional value in terms of protein and carbohydrate.

Storage

This malt extract comes in a sealed container to preserve flavour and sterility. Once the seal is broken it is recommended to store in cool conditions.
